Metal casting are mainly made for parts and assemblings for our steel and aluminum products. We are not limited to supply metal casting products as alone.

We give treatment to casted metal to achive required physical properties, such as heat, chroming.

Aluminum Extrusion Service

Continental Solution works with several aluminum mills in China to extrude aluminum profile for architectural and industrial applications.

All aluminum extrusions are made to order. When ordering, please specify alloy, temper, length, quantity, surface finish, end use and any special instructions regarding dimensional, length, or tolerances, custom packaging, identification

Customized Extrusion for Specified Needs

We offer customized aluminum extrusion service that turns aluminum profie into products ready for use.

Our customized service includes precision cutting, CNC milling, laser patterning, stamping, bending and deburring that meet all fabrication needs from our clients.

Finishing

Anodizing, painting, plating, or powder coating are the finishing options available from our aluminum manufacturing service.

We are supply powder coating finishing on either 8 year,10 years (AAMA-2603) and 15 years (AAMA-2604-10) color warranty for application under versatile outdoor environment. Our powder supplier are Tiger or Interpon.

Exporting Quality

We endeavored to manufacture and supply products with superior quality, that matching oversea quality standards for designed application.

It includes extrusion quality and tolerance, fabrication precisions and surface finishing are all within specified requirements.

We also comply to clients requirement in packaging and labeling that products are well protected during shipping.
